• Full payment is required at checkout.

• Shipping costs and timelines are provided at checkout; delays may occur due to external factors.

2. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 business days if items are unused, in original packaging, and not marked as final sale.

• Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection; shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges depend on availability.

3. Liability & Warranty

• Manufacturer warranties apply; we do not offer additional warranties.

• Liability is limited to the product purchase price.

• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., shipping, supply chain issues, force majeure).
